We designed and built a responsive event website for ETH Oxford 2026, complete with a custom registration form, Cloudinary CV uploads, and a Ticket Tailor payment integration — connecting everything through a Vercel backend and Zapier automation for fully traceable attendee data.
Project Breakdown
ETH Oxford needed a high-performance event platform to handle hundreds of registrations for its 2026 Hackathon and Gala.
We built a fully custom Webflow site, matching their brand visuals with smooth page transitions and dynamic content via CMS collections.
The registration form was developed from scratch, connecting to a Vercel backend with multiple serverless routes for form logging and webhook processing.
We implemented file uploads through Cloudinary for secure CV handling and linked the form to Ticket Tailor’s payment gateway for ticket management.
Once submitted, attendee data flows through Zapier to Google Sheets, ensuring organisers have real-time access to signups, payment statuses, and uploaded documents.
The result is a clean, scalable, and automated event registration system — all running within Webflow’s visual framework but powered by custom logic behind the scenes.
